The song "Sail Away" is the title track off of the album (clearly lol) and that's because its a song that really tugs at the ropes of our hearts. It's a song about life and death and being on this journey all in TOGETHER. Theres only one way out of this world and it can be a pretty terrifying place at times and that's all the more reason we should "lean into this vessel together when the shxt all goes wrong"! We often times have so many more commonalities than differences and are stronger together always. so in short this ones about being ALL IN, TOGETHER.
Cheers y'all!
lyrics
We're all born, only one day to fall
And we answer, answer to the call
and we try, not to take it in vain
and hold hope on the days where death is calling our names
We're not defined, by the way we feel
With the power only to make the things we feel real
And we find faith, faith in the unknown
And hold hope that one day this ship will find its way back home
(Chorus)
But for now we SAAAIL!
FOR NOW WE SAAAAIL, WE SAIL AWAY (X2)
Verse 2
The seas get rough, but the crew holds on tight
We fight for our freedoms all while we fight to survive
And our backs may break, but our spirits hold strong
And we lean into this vessell together, when the shxt all goes wrong
So grab your mate, Let's sway with the sea
It won't last forever, but right now we're FREE
So grab a drink, and lets have a round
And cheers to fighting together till they put us in the ground!!!
(Chorus)
But for now we SAAAIL!
FOR NOW WE SAAAAIL, WE SAIL AWAY (X2)
